Honors Program Direct Exchange Application

Open to all UW students, though priority may be given to Honors Program participants depending on slots available. Direct exchanges are best suited for juniors and seniors with prior international experience.

Step 1: Complete and submit this form electronically
Step 2: Print your email confirmation, which includes this form, and assemble together with the following items to complete your application packet:

A. Transcripts of all college work through the most recent quarter (unofficial transcripts are acceptable)
B. Proof of language proficiency (required for San Andrés only)
C. Current resume (maximum one page)
D. Two letters of recommendation either emailed directly to wdurant@uw.edu, or sealed and delivered with the entire application packet. If your program choice is San Andrés, one letter should be from your Spanish instructor.

Step 3: Submit entire printed packet to the UW Honors Program, attention Wendy Durant
